REPAIR SERVICES

Let's face it - nothing works forever and never breaks (although many of our controllers seem to!); therefore, JHE offers complete repair facilities for your broken or out-of-adjustment equipment. Just ship us your unit with a description of its problem and we'll do the rest! We'll inspect and diagnose the unit, order any necessary parts we don't happen to stock, repair and test your unit, and repack and return ship it to you! What could be easier! Mind you, it will cost you! If you want to know how much in advance, call or e-mail and we'll give you an estimate! As soon as your unit is fully repaired, we will let you know the exact amount (including return shipping) - all you do is send us a check and your repaired item is on its way back to you!

What are the disadvantages to repairs by JHE? Well, if you need it really fast and really cheap, we're probably not for you! Phil, Dave, and the crew are quite busy and may not get to yours immediately. We stock over 100,000 parts, but if we have to order something, we are at their mercy. Plus, quality frequently takes time! We need to make a profit on repairs, and our pricing will reflect this; therefore, some items may cost more to repair than they're really worth! If this is the case, we'll tell you in advance and leave the choice to you!
